Creatine Probably Does Not Cause of Hair Loss

There are many common concerns and myths about creation, but none are as popular as the idea that creation makes you bald. In this article we will discuss where the idea came from and why you really don’t have to worry about creative hair loss.

A few weeks ago, we published a research article on the effects of creativity on muscle growth. When we published it on social networks, the responses were flooded with a frequently asked question: does creative efficiency condemn hair loss?

If you talk about creatives on the Internet, it is almost guaranteed that someone will bring up hair loss. There are many unsubstantiated concerns, myths and speculations about creation, but none of them seem to be as popular as the idea that creation makes you bald while running.

In this article, I can also discuss where the idea came from and why you really don’t have to worry about creative hair loss.

Why do people believe that hair loss Creativecause?

In short, the hormone DHT (dihydrotestosterone) has been linked to hair loss, and only one study has suggested that creativity increases DHT levels.

DHT is very similar to testosterone. Your body actually synthesizes DHT from testosterone via the enzyme 5ɑ-reductase. DHT and testosterone have similar effects in the body-they bind to the same receptors (androgen receptors) and regulate the expression of the same genes. However, DHT has an approximately 5 times higher affinity for androgen receptors, so DHT has many greater effects Per hormonal unit than testosterone itself.

DHT is actually (at least in part) for many of the physiological issues that you experience during puberty. First of all for the purposes of this article, DHT has effects on hair follicles. DHT is measured for the maturation and waxing of facial, body and pubic hair. However, it is also heavily involved in androgenic alopecia (which used to be called “male pattern hair loss”, although it also practices women). In fact, the measures of the most popular medicines that people use to prepare for hair loss introductions are 5ɑ-reductase inhibitors-they stop the conversion of testosterone to DHT. If you can prevent your body from producing DHT, the transmission of androgenic alopecia stops considerably, stops completely or (sometimes) reverses slightly.

If even a sharp drop in DHT levels can stop hair loss, things that increase DHT levels must increase hair loss levels… isn’t that right?

This is the concern that people have when they hear about a study carried out in 2009 by van der Merwe and his colleagues.

In this study, nearly 16 young rugby players crossed 3 weeks of creativity or a Placebo. After a 6-week washout period, the initial placebo group took creatively for 3 weeks and the initial creatine group took the Placebo for 3 weeks.

The creative supplement protocol consisted of 25 creative g per day for a week (a loading phase), followed by 5 creative g per day for two weeks (an enjoyment phase). The researchers measured serum testosterone and DHT levels (i.e. blood) before the start of each Phase at 30, after the loading phase and at the end of the maintenance phase.

To make a long story short, post-supplementation seemed to increase the serum DHT level and the DHT:testosterone ratio, both in the creatine phase itself and compared to the Placebo Phase.
